Become a little GIANT

A little GIANT candidate is aged between 4 and 8 years old and lives in a neighbourhood where littleGIANTS is present.

Admissions are at the beginning of each school year following an Open Day event that aims to inform parents about the programme, its goals and regulations. Through experiential and creative games, talented children with leadership skills and growth potential are selected to join the littleGIANTS community. The selection process may take up to a month and we don´t only focus on the child´s skills and competences but also take into account his/her family and their commitment to the programme.

The littleGIANTS training programme has a symbolic fee and the student’s attendance is compulsory  from the age they enter the littleGIANTS family to adolescence (15 years old) and then voluntary until they graduate (17-18 years old). The compulsory nature of the programme is due to its holistic nature and to ensure continuity of the learning objectives as well as the creation and maintenance of tight links between all the members leading to a family oriented environment. What is expected is active engagement of the children and the parents.

Becoming part of littleGIANTS is becoming part of a network of individuals sharing ideas, best practices and lessons learnt where every centre would be a source of light with the ability to initiate strong and disruptive change towards a brighter future.

littleGIANTS´ priority is to provide a safe and secure ecosystem for our children. We ensure that all the processes are in place to achieve this. We closely monitor the environment where our children interact, as well as our educators, who are excellent professionals having gone through rigorous selection procedures with background checks and ongoing evaluations.
